Time control device

Plot:

 The landlady want to increase the rent, she wants to kick out any tennant that can't afford the new prices no matter what. 

She has a meeting with the tenant of 215 and gave him a eviction paper. The guy worried about the situation, remembered a weird device his cousin gave him, with nothing more to lose he decides to try the weird stopwatch.
